All artworks, editions, products, and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update offerings at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order or inquiry has been submitted.
Payments made through the website are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or other issues affecting fulfillment.
If an order is canceled after payment has been submitted, we will issue any applicable refund through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage passes as stated in the applicable sale terms, shipping terms, or order documentation.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Final Sale Items
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final.
Original artworks, commissions, custom orders, made-to-order works, limited editions, and special-order pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We may, at our sole discretion, approve a return or exchange in limited circumstances. If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for any authorized return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping charges, handling fees, installation costs, duties, taxes, and any custom or special-order charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Inquiries, Commissions, Custom Work, and Deposits
Submitting an inquiry through this website does not create a binding agreement.
Any commission, custom work, installation, special order, or made-to-order project is subject to separate written approval, scope, pricing, timeline, and payment terms.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, any deposit paid for a commission, custom order, or made-to-order work is non-refundable once the project has been approved and production, sourcing, design development, or fabrication has begun.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel custom or commission requests at our discretion before final acceptance.
Any quoted lead times for commissions, custom work, or made-to-order pieces are estimates only and may change based on materials, fabrication, approvals, production scheduling, shipping conditions, and other factors outside our reasonable control.
9. Shipping, Delivery, Damage, and Risk
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, force majeure events, material shortages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, you must notify us in writing at assistant@punkmetender.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:
the outer packaging
the inner packaging
the shipping label
the damaged item
any visible damage to the crate or box
Failure to provide timely notice and supporting documentation may affect our ability to assist with a shipping damage claim.
If shipping insurance applies, any resolution will be handled in accordance with the carrier, insurer, and shipment terms. We do not guarantee approval of third-party shipping or insurance claims.
Risk of loss or damage passes according to the applicable shipping terms, delivery terms, invoice terms, or separate written agreement governing the sale.
10. Intellectual Property and Reproduction Rights
All artwork, images, videos, photographs, designs, text, branding, and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to The Moon Is Ours LLC / PunkMeTender and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The purchase of any artwork, print, edition, object, or product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, reproduction rights, merchandising rights, or licensing rights unless expressly granted in a separate written agreement signed by us.
You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, mint, commercialize, license, or otherwise use images of the artwork or related content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
11. Product Information, Color, Scale, and Variation
We make reasonable efforts to display artworks, prints, and products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, finishes, textures, scale, materials, illumination, and appearance may vary due to photography, lighting, screen settings, fabrication methods, and natural material differences.
Handmade, hand-finished, fabricated, illuminated, or custom works may include natural variations and minor differences that do not constitute defects.
12. Pricing, Availability, and Lead Times
All prices, specifications, availability, and lead times are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing, descriptions, availability, shipping, or timing at any time, including after an order, deposit, or inquiry has been submitted.
